Dreamland was founded in 2004 by the Riesett family out of a desire to share our favorite family tradition, choosing and cutting a Christmas tree. We had so many wonderful memories growing up and later with our own children, and we wanted to recreate that for others.

Even though we love the beauty and the scent of a fresh tree, we believe the magic of CHRISTmas really comes from the reason for the season, the birth of Jesus. It is our honor to honor Him every year.

Christmas tree farming is more work than you might think (or we knew!). Growing time for that “perfect one” is 7-10 years. We spend many hours mowing grass, planting, shearing trees, weeding, caring for our farm birds, stocking and decorating the shop, and preparing all of those wonderful treats for the cafe. 

We want to provide the best possible customer service. Our friendly staff will always help haul your tree, shake it, bale it, and even tie it to your car ….all while you relax, eat, enjoy hot cocoa, or shop in our cozy warm barn by the fire. This is a labor of love for us in the Season of Giving. We receive so much in return when we see joy!
